Should Airport Security Use Body Scanners ?

In the passage "Administration to Seek balance in Airport Screening," Scott Shane discusses whether the authorities should apply scanners for screening or change the method in psychological way to prevent anything that is against the law. Obama administration's reaction careful  when it comes to disapproval of the security measures. But the response to the critics is that they use the body scanners in order to prevent any incidents that would have possibly happened without security body scanners.
